This workshop offers concrete tools for acrobatic research, designed for both circus arts teachers and students. It aims to equip participants in their artistic process, whether to enrich their own practice or to enhance their teaching. Through guided explorations and creative prompts, each participant will be invited to develop a personal movement vocabulary, highlighting their physical and artistic qualities.
